Soudafoam Flex is a premium grade, flexible, one component and moisture curing PU-foam. Its elastic properties make it the perfect product to be used in applications where limited movement may occur. The product is low expanding, offers the same extreme temperature ranges as Soudafoam All Season and is sealed with a new-generation plastic adaptor head which makes it possible to store the product in all positions and giving it an extended shelf life with no loss of yield.

SoudaFoam Flex is a one-component, selfexpanding, ready to use polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic adaptor head for use with a foam applicator gun. It contains CFC-free propellants, which are completely harmless to the ozone layer. The product has a minimal expansion after application (less than 50%) and is therefore very economical to use. The foam is very elastic and has a very high Acoustic Rating and Thermal Insulation value.

Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Fit
the gun on the adapter. Moisten surfaces with a
water sprayer prior to application to have the
optimal performance to elasticity, noise
reduction and cellular structure . Fill joints and
cavities for 65 %, as the foam will continue to
expand slightly.
Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you
have to work in layers repeat moistening after each
layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal
Foamcleaner or acetone. Cured foam can only be
removed mechanically. Working temperature 41°F
to 95°F. (68°F-77°F recommended) Due to the
flexibility of the product, it is recommended to use a
sharp knife to cut the foam.

    Shelf Life:

  • 18 months in unopened packaging in a cool
    and dry storage place at temperatures between
    +5°C and +25°.

  • Always store can with the valve pointed

  • Remarks:

    • Work in layers and repeat moistening after
      each layer

    • cured PU foam must be protected from UVradiation
      by painting or applying a top layer of
      sealant (silicone, MS Polymer, acrylic and PUsealant)

    • Respect the cleaning and storage instructions
      enclosed in the Foam Gun box.
